Jennifer Hyder is a seasoned real estate investor and entrepreneur, co-owner of HREH LLC alongside her husband, Chris. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Education Leadership from East Tennessee State University, bringing a unique perspective to her investments and business ventures. With over five years of experience in the real estate industry, Jennifer is also a licensed agent at Berkshire Hathaway Greg Cox Real Estate, where she utilizes her extensive knowledge and network to help clients achieve their real estate goals.

Jennifer has been deeply involved in the community, serving on the Johnson City Board of Dwelling Standards and Review, where she contributes her expertise to ensure the quality of housing in the area. Additionally, she sits on the executive board of Girl Inc. Washington Co., where she actively supports and empowers young women in her community. Community service extends beyond her professional endeavors. She has been a dedicated Johnson City Chamber Ambassador, fostering connections and promoting local businesses. Moreover, Jennifer was a proud member of The Junior League of Johnson City, where she actively participates in philanthropic initiatives aimed at improving the lives of those in need.

Outside of her professional and community engagements, Jennifer is a devoted mother of two young men, balancing her career with her family life with grace and determination.
